We partner with schools to equip parents, children and teachers with the tools to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and build resilience. Our programmes blend science-backed techniques with holistic practices to create a lasting impact.

The mental health crisis among young people is worsening at an alarming rate. Anxiety, stress, and emotional struggles are on the rise, with more children than ever battling overwhelm, self-doubt, and low resilience. Teachers are on the frontlines, witnessing these challenges every day—but they’re already stretched thin, expected to support student well-being without the necessary tools or training.

Schools are now under pressure to prioritise mental health, yet many rely on traditional lessons that focus on theory rather than real-life emotional regulation. But knowing about mental health isn’t the same as knowing how to manage it. A PowerPoint on resilience won’t help a child who feels anxious before an exam or a teacher facing burnout.

At Inner Glow, we bridge that gap. We bring practical, immersive well-being experiences into schools—giving students the tools to regulate their emotions, teachers the support they deserve, and schools a proven way to create a healthier, happier environment.

Kids’ Well-being Camp (Holiday Programmes)

 

A fun, interactive space designed to help children express emotions, build confidence, and develop mindfulness—all while having an amazing time!

What to Expect:

✅ Wellness Games & Colouring – Activities designed to build self-awareness and emotional regulation
✅ Emotional Expression through Play – Fun, guided exercises to help kids explore their feelings in a safe space
