I stumbled across the retreat whilst mindlessly scrolling or was it destiny?!

Traumas and everyday issues threatened to overwhelm me and whilst I didn’t know it, I was looking for a place I could find peace, calm and tranquility. This is exactly what the retreat offered and more.

The team are knowledgeable, understanding and caring. Their gentle approach helps you to understand how past/current experiences can impact you, guides you to the outcome you are seeking and gives you the tools to make changes in your life.

The venue was perfectly located with outstanding views of nature, undisturbed by the usual hustle and bustle of life. A place of peace where you can slowdown, connecting with nature and yourself. Here the focus is on you with no distractions.

The small, hand picked group were fantastic and there for different reasons, having the honour to share their experiences was humbling.

Two weeks later I’m still floating strangely calm and at peace. Things that previously bothered me are no longer relevant. Changes I have procrastinated about are effortlessly happening with new opportunities on offer each day.

Four days of eating the most amazing vegan food has left me feeling cleansed and revitalised and two weeks later I haven’t wanted to touch meat or junk food. Chef created the most delicious food taking time out to understand my food intolerances and support me with these. Before the retreat, food was a chore now I’ve learned simple techniques to make things interesting and ensure I’m receiving the nutrition I need. If you knew me, this in itself is a miracle!

In four days I have begun the most incredible journey of mind, body and spirit. Where once I was closed and shutdown, burnt by lifes traumas, I am opening up and becoming a new improved version of myself.

Would I do it again, absolutely! I cannot thank Anita and her team enough for what the retreat and overall experience has given me. The retreat was exactly what I needed.

Perfection would be a beachside location where I can watch the waves on the shoreline, feel the sand between my toes and swim in the ocean xx
